Terms of use
Draft conditions for using the oh, dearly! relationship manager.
Draft updated 10 October 2026. Operator and production details require legal review.
Service and users
Oh, dearly! keeps people, notes, dates, promises, reminders, cards, gifts, and send records in one workspace. Private people can use it for family and friends. Professionals and teams can use it for clients and staff. Provider details are listed for confirmation in the imprint.
These draft conditions do not create a paid subscription. Eligibility, commercial terms, and contract acceptance must be agreed before the production service launches.
Workspace access
Use only workspaces and records you are authorised to access. Keep sign-in credentials confidential and notify the operator of suspected unauthorised access. Your organisation is responsible for assigning appropriate permissions and maintaining current records.
Information about people
Enter relevant information that you are entitled to keep. Companies must give clients and staff appropriate privacy information and record consent where it is required. Use fictional records in the public sample workspace.
Adding a person does not grant a right to publish their details. A recipient-owned profile remains under that person's control. Their private delivery address must not be copied or exposed to the sender.
Suggestions and sends
Review suggested messages, cards, gifts, dates, and prices before sending. Check a merchant's current availability, location, delivery area, voucher conditions, and expiry.
A send or delivery status in the current workspace is a record entered by the user. It does not buy a gift, reserve a service, issue a voucher, or arrange delivery. Purchases happen on the selected merchant's site under that merchant's terms.
Teams and budgets
A team is responsible for its members, roles, client records, budgets, approvals, and gift limits. Reports and exports support internal record-keeping and do not replace legal, tax, payroll, or accounting advice.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or information you have no right to use. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or use it to conceal improper gifts or payments. Report suspected misuse through the operator's confirmed contact channel.
Availability and records
The sample workspace can be reset and is unsuitable for real personal or business data. Keep independent copies of information needed for a purchase or company record. Production support, retention, export, deletion, and termination terms require a customer agreement.
Commercial and legal terms
Subscription prices, renewal, cancellation, liability, governing law, and dispute resolution are not settled by this draft. No liability cap or waiver from Anthora has been carried over. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
These terms need legal review and an appropriate acceptance flow before paid contracts or production workspaces are offered. Consumer withdrawal and online cancellation arrangements must be assessed if a consumer subscription is introduced.
